The powerful combination of a high efficiency KAESER SIGMA PROFILE rotary screw airend and a fule-saving Deutz engine certified in accordance with EC Directive 2004/26, Stage IV and EPT Tier 4 final, not only delivers pure-air operation in emissions-free zones, but also - thanks to the diesel particulate filter fitted as standard - ensures compliance with the stringent requir4ements of the Swiss Clean Air Act.

The MOBILAIR M125 is a powerful and econimical complete placage full of additional innovative details, such as an energy-saving fan and the capability to infinitely adjust maximum pressure in 0.1 bar steps in response to the required maximum flow rate.

VERSATILE - The MOBILAIR M125 can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of the relevant application thans to the wide range of optional compressed air treatment components available.  Moreover, the selection of chassis with run-on brake, as well as stationary models on skids or machine mounts, makes the M125 perfectly adapted to suit any work environment.

SAFE AND SIMPLE - The ability switch over manually from idling to full load operation ensures a reliable, gentle start when operating the unit in cold ambient conditions.  Furthermore, the monitoring system can automatically shut the compressor down if necessary.

DURABLE  - The MOBILAIR M125 is well-equipped for continuous cnstruction site duty, even under the harshest of conditions.  Even the standard versions are capable of operating in an ambient temperature range from -10ºC to +45ºC.  The optional low-temperature version features engine coolant preheating, and synthetic cooling fluid is used for the airend.

MADE IN GERMANY - MOBILAIR portable compressors are manufactured at KAESER's headquarters located in Coburg, NOrthern Bavaria.  Equppied iwth the very latest technology, the recently modernised portable compressor plant boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including TÜV (German Technical Inspection Agency) certified sound testing area for free-field sound level measurement, a complete powder-coating facility and efficient manufacturing logistics.

WITH OPTIONAL GENERATOR - The optional synchronous three-phase generator (IP 54) is avaialbe with a power of 13kVA.  According to power requirement, the brushless and maintenance-free generator can be switched over from continuous operation to engery saing automatic start.  The generator control panel is protected by a lockable cover.  Themaximum compressed air fdelivery can be flexibly adjusted according to required power generation via the electronic SIGMA CONTROL SOBIL compressor controller.
